Dress Code
For Members and their guests and visitors to enjoy the use of the facilities of the Course and the Clubhouse it is essential that everyone complies with the Dress Code
ON THE COURSE
MEN
Trousers and Shorts must be tidy and be supported by a belt.
Shirts must have collars and sleeves and must be worn tucked in; however, collarless shirts specifically designed for golf may be worn.
Long or short socks must be worn with shorts. If long socks are worn they must be kept up at all times
Appropriate non-metal spike golf shoes should be worn.
Unacceptable:-
Cord or elastic waist pants, board shorts.
Any clothing with large slogans or advertising.
Shirts with rolled collars, skivvies, singlets or sleeveless shirts.
Golf shoes with metal spikes and boots or shoes with heels.
Work clothing
LADIES
Skirts, shorts, divided skirts, culottes or tailored slacks of any length.
Shirts may be worn with or without collars but must be of neat appearance.
Appropriate non-metal spike golf shoes should be worn.
Unacceptable:-
Mini skirt.
Halter tops, tee shirts, singlet tops and bare midriffs.
Pedal pushers and tracksuits.
Golf shoes with metal spikes and boots or shoes with heels.
IN THE CLUBHOUSE
Generally, the dress code for Golf is the minimum appropriate attire to be worn in the Clubhouse.
Hats and caps must be removed
Golf shoes must be clean.
Socks must be worn at all times.
Thongs, beach sandals and heavy work boots are unacceptable.
Work clothing is allowed in the Clubhouse from Monday to Friday only between 10.00AM and 6.30 PM and must be clean and tidy at all times.
SPECIAL NOTES
Any member or visitor who fails to comply with the standards of dress set down will not be permitted to remain on the course or the clubhouse.
Directors, the General Manager or Staff, the Professional or any of her staff have the power to call to task any member or visitor who is not properly presented.
Directors, the General Manager or Staff, the Professional or any of her staff have the individual discretion to disallow an article of dress or footwear which they consider breaches the Club rules and members or visitors are obliged to abide by such ruling
