If you remain an active member, every year, your membership will automatically renew for another 12 months – at no cost!
To qualify for a free renewal, simply complete a Venue Engagement at any of our CHRG locations once in the year that your membership expires.
What counts as a Venue Engagement? Venue Engagements are simple activities that allow you to stay connected with our venues. These include:
- Swiping or scanning your card at the point of sale with any purchase our restaurants, cafes or bars.
- Purchasing tickets to any CHRG show or activity.
- Swiping or scanning your card at a Member Rewards Kiosk.
- Booking a table at any of our restaurants.
- Holding a valid Castle Hill Fitness & Aquatic Centre, Lynwood Golf or Castle Hill Bowling Club membership.
- Entering a CHRG member promotion.
- Signing in a guest for Club entry.
As long as you complete one of these activities during the year, your membership will renew automatically – meaning you’ll continue to enjoy all the benefits of CHRG membership without ever needing to manually renew!
